Finding Our Inner Artist



Having a creative outlet, such as drawing or painting or writing poetry is
great value, emotional, practical and spiritual, as well as helping us develop
the right side of our brain, reduces stress, and most importantly, it adds tremendously
the quality, the joy and passion of our lives. However, most of us ignore this
vital and integral to the side of our nature.

Why?

The list goes like this:

I'm just not creative,

I have no talent,

I can not draw a straight line;

I can not write

I do not have the time,

When you have 30 minutes to relax and do not need more pressure,

I was painting (drawing, not photography) in college, but now I am busy with
children,

I have more important things to be achieved,

I'm just not creative.

I am the daughter and granddaughter of artists, and thank God, they brought
I believe that all human beings are creative and have talent, most only
I do not know, because somewhere along the line of growing up, some good
which means a teacher or a parent gave the wrong message and told them that they are not.

so it is recognizing the need to awaken our subconscious talents, develop
creative side and inspire the artist u.

So, how do I start?

First, pick something that has always secretly wanted to do, if you had
time and talent and take a beginner's class ... in the local community
center, or high school or college. If you are used to color or shape or drawing
or write, start working again. Anyone can learn to draw, anyone can develop
techniques, and if you're after a little practice and patience will bring
it back. And yes, you can find an hour or two a week.

If you can not seem to get past the dreaming stage of work, take
creative class or plan a week in the afternoon an hour or two with a friend. it is
such as gym, partner motivates us.

all other areas of your life and fill you with joy and energy.
